"My son is 19 and wanted to spend a weekend in St Augustine by himself. The downside to all this is that 90% of your hotels require you to be 21 and older. This is one of the few hotels in St Augustine that allows you to be 18 and older. Service was excellent staff was friendly rooms were clean check ..."
