The hotel staff was wonderful, very pleasant and very helpful with suggestion on local places to eat and have fun. However, the hotel is advertised to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a bar on the roof by the pool. Unfortunately they currently do not have a liquor license so the restaurant and bars are all closed. This is not as it is advertised. We were charged full price for the room and were not told of the advertised amenities not being available until after the room was paid for. I contacted Expedia and they contact the hotel and I was offered $50.00 off the room price ($197 is what we paid with a $200 deposit) or I was offered to check out and get a full refund but was told it would take 7-10 business days. I went to the manager and explained to him the situation AND that we were there on our honeymoon and the only reason we chose this hotel was because of the amenities and he was very pleasant and not only agree to refund the room and deposit but gave us the room for the night at no charge. I am thankful for the staff and the manager making the issue right. But I am writing this review so that nobody else has to deal with it. Call them and verify the restaurant and bars are open if that is what you are looking for.
