"This hotel is great for my needs. I arrived from a cruise ship excursion with 3pm drop off at the airport, after my cruise. From there I used a taxi to get to the hotel because I wasn't sure how to use the 7 pound shuttle from the airport. I had no interest in going back to London or to do any additional sightseeing, but probably could have since I saw many busses go by the hotel. I ate dinner at the hotel and was in fact looking forward to dinner there from having eaten there before. I also enjoyed the included breakfast which I had prepaid for. Check out was by noon so I then took the 7 pound shuttle to terminal 5 (but they have one for 2&3) for my 3:45pm departure flight which didn't allow me to check in until 12:35pm. I used my time in my hotel room to talk on the phone to friends at home (WIFI included at hotel) get some computer work done and take a nap in the afternoon and that was what I wanted to do with my time. You do need to have the UK electric adapter if you don't have that kind of plug on your devices. I still had mine from my previous visit when I bought one at this hotel. They also have snacks and drinks for sale at the hotel and I did see people, likely from the charter bus in the parking lot, who were sitting in the lounge chairs in the lobby. There is also a bar at the hotel as well as a couple of tables outside that were being used for either a smoking area or outside picnicking area. I would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was wonderful and accommodating. In the future the one thing I would have done was check what terminal I land in. It was a bit far from Terminal 2 & 3 despite the free train. The baggage of mine was difficult to pull down the carpeted hallway which the other challenge was that my handicap accessible room where at the end of the hallway … long way to walk with all that considered. With all that in mind, again the staff was wonderful, fast internet, great food in the restaurants and even a gift shop for supplies in helping me recover from a cold. Thanks team!"
