You can't get a better location than being able to walk to terminal 4 with convenient connections to terminals 2 & 3. Room was spacious & clean, and all staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and convenient if you have a flight to catch since it is at the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. It was tasty and delicious. Sumara was wonderful. She was very helpful, friendly and kind. We will definitely stay at this hotel whenever we are in London.

After 20 years of my last stay in this property, it was refreshing to see that they have not went down a notch. Rooms were uograded, restaurant was very nice, overall displayed a pleasant atmosphere. Staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. This is a great place to stay next time you be in Heathrow airport.
