"I had to book this room last minute at almost midnight upon arriving in Crete (after traveling for 20+ hours) because my other hotel reservation had been messed by a different booking platform and i couldn't get access into the building. I found this one on expedia, it had decent reviews and the price was right. the hotel clerk was extremely helpful, he was able to get me checked in quickly and showed me on a map a few areas nearby where i could find parking. the room was very basic, but it was clean and decently sized for the economy room. also, it had top sheets which i absolutely love! plus real pillows (not the ones that go flat instantly). also it has an elevator, so extra bonus points there. location was close to the harbor, the history museum, and a number of restaurants in a short walking distance."

"Perfect stay for an overnight close to our ferry ride. Hotel staff was superb in getting us into our room early and though the room was small it was conveniently located to walking to shopping/supermarkets/ports and attractions. The rooftop breakfast was exceptional for a smaller hotel and we are so grateful we were able to take advantage of it. The only complaint at all is that it can be difficult to find parking nearby. We would completely recommend staying here if you need to get to the airport/port quickly. It’s a 3/10 mile walk down a steep hill but us seniors were able to handle it."

"This delightful, modern hotel is in the heart of the city and convenient to sights, restaurants and shopping. The staff were absolutely wonderful and wanted nothing more than to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with a drink and with our luggage brought up to our suite. The suite was clean, modern and nicely appointed with a king-size bed, thoughtful lighting, spacious bathroom and two places to sit, wi-fi, clothes steamer and coffee maker and fridge. There was also a balcony with a table and chairs. Breakfast was incredible! So many hot and cold choices, freshly brewed coffee and fresh juices. It was a wealth of food riches. As appropriate to health codes, leftover food is boxed and donated to charity. I appreciate an organization that is charitable and supports their community. One can sit inside or outdoors on the back patio. They have a full bar and menu for throughout the day. The spa was very nice - well-equipped workout center, a steam room, sauna and hot tub (which was included in our suite stay). Very nice after a long day. The staff were just fantastic - friendly, attentive, helpful and take pride in caring for their guests. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!"

"The food choices were extensive, something for everyone. The staff from the breakfast to upstairs bar to cleaning services were excellent. Everyone was warm & welcoming, plus always wanting to hear what you got to see while visiting their island. The hotel was Extremely clean, the floors sparkled. The hotel is striking in size and decor. The only 2 things they could improve for a 5 star, the spa needs music, lighting and a menu of options. And if you are going to have a balcony, a chair or 2 would be nice to sit outside so you can enjoy the view "
