"Beautiful hotel , spotless and gorgeous rooms. It felt like the whole team was very disjointed - I’m not sure if it’s a new team and there isn’t enough of them or they just aren’t working well to make service flow. Not the usual 5* Novotel standard of customer service which is a shame because it really is a lovely hotel. Breakfast was great as always , again not enough staff to make it flow but the ones that were trying to get people seated were working hard just a crazy amount of used dirty tables not being cleared - I mean management must know it’s going to be busy if the hotel is busy. These details make me want to not go back. This could easily be a premium hotel with a bit more staff training and more staff."

"This hotel is clean and modern- comfortable bed and pillows, TV with apps and kitchen basics. I loved that you could chat with the staff via WhatsApp with immediate responses. I will stay here from now on when visiting Cambridge! Also great location just a few minutes walk to Kings Parade."

"The room was very comfortable and location was great. The front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. We didn't try the pub next door but I'm sure it was great. The only complaint is that the bathroom grout had some mildew and should be cleaned a bit better to make it look cleaner. Otherwise great value and location. I'd definitely stay there again."
