"the Harper is a very misleadingly advertised property. My room was really unclean, with a very rank stench that no amount of aircon or disinfectant could remove. The bathroom stank of urine especially after I had a shower, which was very puzzling. There were stains on the chair upholstery, and lot of wear and tear evidence on the furniture, fittings, and floor. the roller blind was broken. the towel hook in the bathroom fell off when i tried to hang something on it. tehre were ants crawling over...

"This is hotel is to be avoided at all costs. It’s falling apart. First room - not clean, urine on the floor. Smell of smoke even though non-smoking room. Askef to be moved. Second room- The airconditioning has not been cleaned in ages and it leaks flooding the entire room. Twice the technician came to fix and still the same although after that it was on an off leaking. Amenities missing in the room. Smell of smoke present in the second room too though a bit more faint. Staff says fully booked...
