"This is an entire apartment. I wish we could stay for more days. Bed was very comfortable for us. It actually has a bath and 1/2 complete with towel warmer which was so nice on these cold days. I would definitely return. "

"I requested the 2 bedroom apt. The one I got was a studio. It even close to what I assumed it would be. There was no communication that it would not be two bedrooms. I would have gone to another location if i knew. Also, the door was extremely difficult to open. After spending over 15 minutes trying, a neighbor showed us how to do it. Instructions would be good "

"I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service. "

"Very central to old town Düsseldorf and the Rhine river. Apt nice for one person or couple. Instructions to check in could be clearer, I was blessed to find a sign inside by driveway saying Reception, but would be easy to miss because the street address is a locked door. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here, it was the perfect spot for some rest and recuperation following watching some of the Euros. Axel was very helpful and informative, ensuring our stay would be perfect and without any hiccups. With Aldi just a short walk around the corner we could pop out to get groceries easily to cook on the boat. The rooms were good sized given the size of the boat, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. Would highly recommend if staying in the area."
