Was my boyfriend’s birthday celebration and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was so nice. Great location. Parking too which is great in Hitchin. "The staff were amazing, Harry’s Bar and grill staff, Michael, the barman, the host/maitre d, waitresses, Priya on reception, the wedding coordinators and bar staff were friendly and welcoming, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous.
The rooms were lovely and very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The food was well cooked and presented, plenty of options for all and very tasty. The cocktails were delicious, especially the hotel specials.

"A unique property overlooking the stadium. Huge room which felt nicer than being cramped. The best bit? The breakfast that goes on to 11am. We were in Milton Keynes for an all day festival and so many hotels finish breakfast at 9.30 or 10am....which when you're out late and quite frankly, hungover, you can't always eat that early. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great place!"

The only downside is that I would have liked somewhere outside to sit as we had a single room apartment. My room smelt a bit of cheap fruity air freshener to disguise the smell of what must have been cigarette smoke. Everything else was perfect. "
