"Room had no heating, so double bed felt damp, bathroom was about 3x8ft long, with a sink in middle meanig you had to sidle to loo, and there was no way the shower door was going to close once in. Hallways must have been hoovered 6 months ago, although the room was clean, tv didnt work and had no wifi reception i room"

"The worst experience ever After 2 days of staying reception called me 12:30 night to ask if I ordered room service, they said that I ordered some escort services. I said they are crazy and why they call me at night and I dropped phone. In 30 min they called me again and said that me card was declined and i need to come down. I was angry because it was 1am and i said that everything in the morning. I takes all cords from the phone. "

"yes the shops were nereby, there was not enough beverages. Also, we paid for dinner, but the time given for dinner was wrong, hence we missed our dinner and there was no refund. There was a torn curtain and our bed linen was not changed for the four days we spent in the hotel. Also, there was disturbances on one of the day in one of the rooms, i had to call reception before it was attended to."

"Room clean staff very helpful. Sadly music on a night too loud made room vibrate unable to sleep until after music had finished room on first floor would stay again but ask for a room on higher floor"

"Hotel were only ok waiting time for dinner was a joke as only one waiter and supervisor were allowed serve dinner even though there qere some lovely young waitress and waiters food dinner only ok there was a grey supervisor and he was not nice to one lovely waitress i frlt so sorry for her fir the price of the hotel iv stayed in better bed and breakfast hotels i wont be returning "

"Staff very friendly , as a older couple i would probably stay outside school holidays. Their was an issue with the shower so we were asked to move to another room , however the room had no heating and very cold and was very dusty. However we were given an all inclusive card for free drinks. Which was nice but would have prefered a warm clean room. As previous visit. All in all it hasnt detered us as we plan on visiting again.very friendly atmosphere , food excellant and entertainment very good. Would recomend ."

"Staff were very helpful and let us leave bags there when we arrived early. Bedroom was okay and had facility to make a warm drink, however bed was a small double so not overly a lot of room. Was no hot water in the morning for a shower, was luke warm at a push. "
