There are no staff at all in this property so if there is an issue you need to message them only.
Check in is not smooth if you dont have data or a phone with no battery, as their model is all dependant on digital technology…if your phone has no battery your not getting in your room!!!!!!!
No air con either makes it a hot and stuffy room in the summer, nice room otherwise!

The hotel is located in a very good Greenwich area. The condition of the rooms is another thing. I asked for an accesible room and the one offered had dirty walls, stained carpets, totally unacceptable. I finally accepted one with less issues but it had courtains with holes, the desk chair was old, dirty and had broken linings. In the bathroom the shower had mold, the shower head dripped, the light fixture had parts broken. Additionally, the bed head had a light that didn't work. So many issues that should not happen on a four stars hotel.

"Really dated and tierd but staff making best of what they have. We visited in a heatwave so perhaps not a true reflection but was stifling. No air con. A small broken (span but didnt move side to side)fan provided that pushed the warm air around and the next morning fans had been put in the corridor. ..."

"There are a couple of reasons I am lowering the rating. First the air con wasn’t working in the hottest day of the year, secondly the sofa bed for 2 teenagers to sleep in , was small , sloped and not comfortable."
