"I had a great breakfast on my first morning, but for my second/last night, they forgot to be around to prepare my breakfast... Nevertheless, helpful and friendly staff. A very convenient stay in the old, centre of Bury, much enjoyed."

"Stayed in room 5. Must be a boiler room through a door off the bathroom. Noisy pump running all night.Not good if your a light sleeper Staff were great and breakfast was good."

"Was great place to stay, very close to Town, room was very nice and clean, pub was very good for food and breakfast was really nice and it was right up till 10am. Also the check out tine was not rushed and said we could check out as late as 12. Staff was really friendly and helpful."

"The building is falling apart!! The windows are Single glazed so it was so noisy and the actual window frames were rotten so there were massive gaps in the window. I tried pugging the hoes with tissue but it did little good! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was average at best. The bed itself was comfortable and clean "
