"This was our first time staying at this property since the renovations. It was clean and comfortable and very convenient to Iowa State University campus and all of the graduation activities we were attending. We booked 2 rooms for our family and everything was excellent."

"We had reserved 2 rooms several months in advance. When we arrived, they did not have the room we requested and instead gave us a room that was not ideal. We were told that rooms were down for maintenance as the reason for our not getting the room type requested. The maid service didn't bring clean towels or empty trash each day. The hotel was overall clean, but we found the services a bit sub-par."
