"Arrived a few hours early, and the lady on the front desk was really friendly and got us checked into our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff at breakfast were very nice and the food was very nice also very fresh. She even made my son a bacon sandwich because he couldn’t be bothered to get out of bed 😂. I would definitely recommend this place. "

Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too. However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed. The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. "Nice hotel but the room, and particularly the bathroom, are clynical and sparcely decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable but didn't feel warm and homely like a hotel room should. Staff were pleasant and food in restraunt was good though."
