"The room was nice, just didn’t like that the ad on Expedia stated that the hotel had a full service spa when there was no spa at all. The area where the hotel is located is near a lot of construction; I got lost getting there/missed my turns driving to get to check in. The ac wasn’t working in my room, there was no room service, and the food at the piano bar wasn’t that good. There were four friendly and helpful front desk concierges at certain points of my stay and the first day of breakfast was decent. Other than that. I checked out early due to one of the clerks barging in my room two times, then housekeeping, and then the electrician. Unfortunately, one of the night shift concierges didn’t full run my card for the next day, and so that’s when the day shift concierge barged into my room telling me I didn’t pay. Also, they had given my room away & I was still in it but found out when a stranger barged in the room and backed out with her suitcase. It was too much, even though another rep was nice enough to clear up any confusion when I came downstairs to checkout. My card was placed on hold, not charged but I was told by the night shift rep that it was good to go. Had I taken the copy of the receipt the night before maybe the fiasco wouldn’t have happened but either way the first rep that barged in my room and that I talked to over the phone was very rude. Other than that, the shower and bathroom as a whole was nice, clean, and nothing was broken."
