"We’ve stay at this Hotel many times over the years when it was owned by Ramada Inns. It recently sold and looks as if the new owners have made some upgrades to the rooms. The staff is great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great beds but I’m not a fan of the pillows, just a bit too soft for me I prefer a firm pillow. Will stay here again."
"Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. "This is a Basic hotel, but exceeded that classification. Staff were helpful, air conditioning, breakfast exceed expectation. the breakfast looked over a large park and green area. After breakfast a nice walk in the park. Parking was OK once you found the location. Small bar on main floor. Basically offer everything that they said and often better. "
