"What a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking a peaceful beach and the ocean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and took care of me during my stay. The bar and restaurant staff, transport desk, reception staff were all great and made my stay one to remember. I would like to particularly thank the lovely Sonia who looked after me everyday at breakast time, and the spa manager who was also super friendly and helped me during my stay. Thank you all. "Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!), grand water pressure in the shower with a hand shower too(!), super firm and spotlessly clean bed and bedding and an INCREDIBLY helpful Head of Housekeeping Miss Longineer.
What a treasure she was!! Changed bedding to summer sheets at my request, made me some coffee and stayed around after my late check-in (8pm!) to ensure I was taken care of.
