I was welcomed by Mayra and she has phenomenal customer service skills. She’s attentive, shows great interest in the customer, and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. It is people like Mayra that makes me want to visit super eight regularly whenever I am in Tracy. She is a good role model and my recommendation is that you use her to train front desk staff. I will be back again and again.

The staff was great. The room not so. Wouldn't stay there again. Surprized that Wyndam even would associate their name with it. Hotels .com says includes breakfast. Not so. Coffee and pastry, but out of pastry and haven't received delivery. Had a hard time finding it. No big Super

Bug crawling across bathroom floor. Only one thin towel supplied. Shower was dirty and worn. Pool closed. No breakfast. Warm coffee only in lobby. Only one small bar of soap provided. No shampoo. No conditioner. Small and cramped room. Sheets were clean. Toilet worked fine. Smelled very musty. Tv was fine. Check in and check out was fine. No working phone in room.

last minute stay that worked out well

We had last minute plans and I was able to find this place at a good rate and midweek availability. the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend for future visit. Denny's is close by. transitioning from Motel 6 to current name. Office staff were nice.

The property is pretty well kept. I would say that the room I stayed in wasn't quite ready for a guest. There was no closet space to hang clothes but, I made it work and I liked the room and the Staff, especially the 2nd shift. She's really guest forward. Thank you. I'd stay here again and suggest others stay here too.

Property in renovation is understandble but give due diligence to cleanliness all round the property, ensure each room is fully furnished with clean towels and take actual pictures to post for truthful advertisement not limited to just the clean and completely furnished rooms; listed amenities didn’t exist like the grab n’go, pool. Housekeeping staff was very helpful but reception seems inattentive.

I just admire the staff mira she's so delightful and always seems to put a smile on my face and you definitely can't go wrong with the new manager he's the best that I've seen sense I've been coming to motel 6 he polite does his job rite and is not lazy he upgraded all of the curtains and bedding in the rooms which made it more comforting to stay between the two they just make my stay wonderful there willing to go above and beyond

Yuck!

I arrived at 11:30pm after driving 6 hours with 2 small children. I had reserved a room 9 hour prior to my arrival. The front desk lady was super nice and pleasant. She put us in a double room. It was NOT cleaned. Hair in the sink, used bars of soap, dirty towels everywhere. I went to the front desk and the lady spent the next 10 minutes trying to find us a clean room. Every single room was marked “dirty” We ended up walking door to door and looking in rooms to find one that was actually cleaned. After we found a clean room, we spent the next 15 minutes going back and forth to the office hoping our key would work because it definitely did not. The front desk lady finally had to let us in with a master key and said if we needed back in for any reason that we would need to be let it. Our room was “clean”, bare and very lack luster. The beds were very uncomfortable. No fridge, we had 2 towels for 4 people. We also only had 2 pillows for 4 people. We were told that the motel was out of pillows. Front office lady told us that the hotel was out of pretty much anything because people steal their stuff. I found a bag of drugs outside next to my car the next morning. The breakfast was prepackaged mini blueberry muffins. 1 per person. Not healthy, clean or safe. Don’t think about using the pool, looks like a pond.

Really small and gross rooms

Let me say the staff was really nice and helpful. But the property itself is quite run down, outdated, out bathroom towels were soiled when we arrived, the shower was small and had many different textures of other people’s hair on the floor and walls. The room had a weird smell. The heater barely worked and we were so cold with a 5 month old baby. Due to the run down and dirty hotel conditions - I think it was absurd to charge a $50 non refundable pet cleaning deposit when the cleaning team doesn’t actually clean. Our room also has no screen on the window making it very unsafe to air the musty room out and our room was without a fire detector - no fridge no microwave in the very tiny room

Should be condemned, not safe at all

This place is horrible. It used to be a motel 6 i stated in about 7 years ago. It's very noisy right next to the 205. There are homeless people walking through parking lot. Theres about 30 handicap parking spots which is very inconvenient for everyone else. The first room they gave me the door didn't latch from the inside or the outside. I went back, they gave me a room on the back of the building. I was concerned. I asked the lady if my car would be there in the morning, she said i should be fine as the cops are there all the time. I should have known better watching the homeless, the drug addicts, and the hookers and pimps lingering around. I went into room number 2 and it stank of Marijuana BAD! Then there was only 2 half pillows on a king bed which was surprisingly comfortable. The showers are ridiculous. You barely get wet. The TV didn't work at all, so again me and all my luggage went back to the office and was put in a third room where i couldn't see my car. My window faced a disgusting pool with a tarp half over it and mold growing on it. I had no smoke detector in room which is crazy because the first night the fire alarm went off 2 times at 10:30 and after midnight... only 1 time the next night. I didn't sleep well at all stressing on my car getting broken into or taken completely. They said they're a Radisson brand Hotel. It said there's a breakfast, i didn't see that, and even if they did, i would never eat it. Spend a tiny bit more money and never stay here.

Besides the place looking like it’s under total construction, this place is not safe, its in a crime riddled area, and the other patrons are at best other travelers looking for a cheap bed on the side of the rode for a low budget trip.

It would be hard to imagine a more awful motel. The bed was hard as rock, the hot water was almost non-existent, the sink in the bathroom and the shower did not work properly. I would be embarrassed to own or run taste like this.
