It’s Okay.

This Quality Inn is clean. It looks pretty tired and the attempt to renovate the room is kind of meh. Nothing looks like it was professionally done. Kind of like a house flip by amateurs. But, we slept and are rested and ready to hit the road again so it fulfilled its purpose.

Great Family Stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and our overall stay gave it an 8 from 1-10 scale. The bathrooms need a desperate makeover. The comfortable of your beds almost gave it a 9 like sleeping in clouds great for our son to rest in after games.

Upon arrival at the front desk, we were informed that the TV cable was out of service and would not be fixed until the following day. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom door was chipped. The room appeared unclean; when I pulled back the sheets, I found hairs. Additionally, the price was pretty expensive considering the low quality of the hotel, and it was quite noisy around six in the morning. On the plus side, the location was convenient due to the variety of nearby food options.

Great customer service. A Can't wait for the new look. The price was a bit much for the condition of the room in my opinion. The stains on the couch and the carpet made it feel like the room was dirty. I hope you complete the renovation soon as it's a great place to stay for a quick trip.

The property was unable to accommodate me because they did not have a ground floor room and there was no elevator which your site stated there was. The Quality Inn canceled the reservation.

The pool was clean & pretty. When you walk into the lobby, that was nice. The rooms were old and ugly. They had no vending machines. And the continental breakfast, what a joke!!! The amount of money they are charging! OMG!! I should be refunded, it is not worth the $112. A night i paid.

I’m as very dissatisfied with my stay. It was extremely dirty inside and the room smelled horrible. I have severe asthma and the room had a horrible stench like smoke. Rebecca at the counter was very nice and helpful. Carpeting seemed to be coming up away from the floor. Walls were peeling and looked like they might have had water damage or something. Didn’t feel that safe walking around the area but the door had 2 indoor locked so that was helpful. For some reason it was really light in our room even with the drapes closed. Kept waking up thinking it was day time but it was still the middle of the night.

There were rooms that had tarp up for curtains, the rooms had items that were broken or severely damaged. Beds were outdated and you felt springs poking you and the rooms just weren't clean. When I contacted the office staff for some assistance on items that were broken, they just told me that they couldn't help me because they were sold out for the night and had no other option for me.
