"Staff nice. Great nearby mall. Love check in cookies and breakfast. We liked this location so much from a week ago that we came back to stay here again for soccer games. However, we left for dinner and came back late and our TV not working. Figured too late in the evening to move rooms or do anything about it. "

"The staff checked in each day via text messaging and actually interacted with text, not just a generic message. Hotel is so cute, I loved the decor. My room smelled subtly of essential oil (sandalwood?), great touch. Parking was easy and plentiful. So much shopping and eating options in the area. This was perfect for me in my down time.
