"Absolutely stunning place, that actually used to be owned by my family member, of whom I'm the last surviving one here, and I had no idea! I knew he was a well off local businessman, who I met lots as a little one in but I lost both of my parents so didn't get to know this, plus a previous generation fallout meant Set in such a beautiful setting, and really quiet. We were here over the hot bank holiday and it was very busy, but still really quiet which we were shocked about. Room was clean and bathroom was nice, only issue is our 'double' bed was actually two twins pushed together, of different heights, so my partner and I were rather uncomfortable,"

Such a thoughtful gesture put a huge smile on my face and made me feel genuinely valued and cared for. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and elegant, and every member of staff I met was warm, friendly, and professional. Their kindness turned what was meant to be a quiet birthday into a wonderful celebration. Thank you to everyone at The Grand Hotel Birmingham for making my birthday so memorable.
