This property was in a decent location and that was about the only pro. It was so hot because there’s no air conditioning, even at night everyone in my room was sweating. There’s no lockers for your things. The staff was rude. There was so much loud noise outside until about 3am. The sink was clogged. There was no trash can in the room. To get an hour later checkout time was 15€. The carpet in the hallways was gross. There was nowhere to keep your own food.

Good Stay
This was the first time staying at a hostel and overall the experience was good. Check-in was easy, front desk receptionists were pleasant and accommodating. I shared a room with five other women-the beds were somewhat comfortable, sheets/pillows were very nice and the bed curtain provided privacy. The free breakfast consisted of bread, coffee, juices and fruit. There is absolutely no early check-in so I essentially sat in their lounge for several hours as I did not want to leave my luggage in a room where there was no security. The lounge has nightly parties which go on until all hours of the night and get extremely noisy so if you are staying on the first floor which is over the lounge, bring good ear plugs if you want to get a decent night's sleep. The showers and bathrooms appeared clean but upon further inspection, you can see the mildew/dirt on the sides of the tiles. As stated earlier, overall it was a good place to stay inexpensively in Strasbough; although personally I would pay the extra $20-30 more a night to stay at a 3-star hotel.

Great stay at this property. I stayed in a private room with a group of friends and we couldn’t of picked a better spot. Very centrally located, clean, and a great spot to base out of for a few days.

The hostel was really clean and the privacy curtains were nice. I wish I knew how to work the little lockboxes in the beds.

The Hostel is amazing, absolutely new, very well located, clean, the dorms are comfortable, the staff is always ready to help, and the bar is a comfortable place too.

A perfect place to stay in Strasbourg
The location is perfect and the building is amazing. All new and they paid special attention to the details every passenger hope to find satisfied. A great choice al a very affordable price!!!

Perfect place for short/long stay in Starsbourg. Very neat and clean. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Rooms are quiet spacious and also give privacy for everyone. The only missing thing was a hair dryer. I hope they can add that

I lost my favorite special lock. cuz the bed stuffs was fluffy, couldn't check it perfectly. cuz of my train. first day, under the bunk bed, one couple stayed together. so i was a bit shocked. also there was a lot of men. room was stink. and noisy. But second day, few of them left, and new comer was women, so there wasn't stink. quite and nice. if i have to stay in Strasbourg, i will defo visit here again.

Cool, central… room for improvement
Staff was really nice. The building and bar of the hostel were really cool. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Beds were comfy, showers were great. They don’t really have lockers in the room (just a small locking cabinet near your bed). Bathrooms were frequently missing toilet paper and hand soap. Hair dryers would have been nice especially since the Christmas markets are a big draw. (Realizing I had wet hair and no way to dry it before heading outside to the markets in cold & flu season not to mention with covid worries making getting a cold or flu even more annoying… hair dryers for guests might be a worthwhile investment.)

Too loud till late night at 1 am from the ground floor. Everything looks new so there was sound from bed frame whenever I lay on it. There's no convenient store nearby, so I asked to buy a bottle of water. And it was 3 euros. It doesn't make sence.....

Perfect place to stay with the family. On a road trip across Europe, this was by far the best place we stayed, friendly staff, comfortable beds and so clean! Family room was so spacious, ideal for a family of 5. We would definitely stay again. Amazing.

El personal no manejaba el español pero procuró esforzarse para que entendiera las indicaciones. Cama comoda; me tocó abajo. Buena temperatura de la zona de paso y habitación. Aseos, duchas, ascensor, bar, recepcion... en muy buenas condiciones y aspecto moderno. En la habitacion un lavabo compartido. Sábana de abajo y nórdico para arroparse. Eché de menos una taquilla o armario con cierre o posibilidad de candado para mis cosas. La ducha con sensor de presencia. Transportes próximos y supermercados a 5 minutos. Tiendas y lugares para comer muy cerca.

Untragbar für ein Ho(s)tel ist das rücksichtslose Verhalten anderer Gäste: infolge der hellhörigen Bauweise stören lautes Verhalten und Gehen der Nachbarn ganz enorm, wenn sie nachts um 2 Uhr nach Hause mit lauten Schritten kommen und dann noch weiter "feiern" in den Zimmern. Das muß unbedingt abgestellt werden. Außerdem ist die Belüftungsanlage zum Bad sehr störend, da sie Tag und Nacht ununterbrochen läuft und nicht abgestellt werden kann. Ebenfalls ein "No Go". Leider werde ich deshalb dieses an sich schöne Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück (Eier fehlen!) nie wieder besuchen können. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Receptionist was nice. Especially, a man who accepted me tried to say Japanese not only greetings but also numbers. I was surprised and It's really heartwarming :) (I hope he will read this) Almost point was good, but maybe I was bad luck, I couldn't sleep soon. Because a lot of people was running, shutting, and speak loudly at the night. Unfortunately it was from not only the bar, but also other rooms. But here is cheap hostel, so, oh well. In conclusion, I thought good value for the price. Thank you.

Très bon séjour dans une chambre de 4 personnes, literie au top, décoration soignée et service nickel. On en oublierait presque qu’il s’agit d’une auberge de jeunesse. Proche des transports pour visiter facilement Strasbourg. Petit-déjeuner et repas succulents ! Je recommande !!

Sehr zentral gelegenes, schönes Hostel mit tollem Café/Aufenthaltsbereich und nettem Personal. Das Familienzimmer war super, ein Doppelbett und ein Stockbett. Es war lediglich nicht so super sauber geputzt (vor allem im Bad), aber sonst war alles echt gut. Sehr praktisch sind die Schließfächer für das Gepäck, wenn man vor oder nach dem Check-in noch in die Stadt gehen möchte.

I had some experiences in hostels in the world. And this is my first time to write a review. The thing is, the hospitality to the customers was 0. Rooms you have no lockers, you hear noise around which basically wakes you up again and again, dirty, and stuff prioritize the money than customers. Thats it. Better to stay at other places with 20 euros more. Which makes you very happy.
