There was a fire alarm just before check-out, and I was unable to bring my luggage to the ground floor to leave as planned. The maintenance staff went to the 5th floor and brought down my luggage and the personal items that I had left in my room. They were extremely helpful in a difficult situation. I was most grateful for the service."
