"Service and room was excellent! We had originally booked 3 nights in a room with tatami mats, but after our arrival, we realized it was not for us and we had made a mistake. We asked the hotel staff if we could switch to a room with a bed for the remainder of the stay and they were so generous to accommodate the request. Breakfast each morning was excellent and this is the perfect location to explore the West Central District by foot. Great food and drink options all in walking distance. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a very nice dining area for guests to use. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available. When the room is cleaned, staff provide bottled water and a small snack, which is a nice touch. We were not disturbed by traffic.sound in the room, which is a huge plus.
