Great hotel with easy access to town centre. Very modern and clean. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop bar was also a nice location with some great cocktails on the menu.

Good hotel/avoid the breakfast.
We were there to kill some time before a river cruise, elsewhere. The hotel was modern, comfortable bed & a nice shower. the room was spacious enough. The staff were friendly. Our first night, the restaurant was closed, due to a private function. Unfortunately on Sunday, in Stuttgart, almost everything is closed, including the hotel restaurant, except for the breakfast buffet. We did partake in the breakfast buffet, at an unreasonable cost. The breakfast itself had a good variety, however the supposed to be hot portions, were served room temperature at best. Very disappointing. Otherwise it is a good hotel.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Zero service, unprofessional staff. Big hotel with only 2-3 employees that are responsible for front desk, housekeeping and all operations. Not clean at all. We left one day earlier as we couldn’t bear it.

The only complaint I have is that we booked this property because it had accessibility provisions, however the parking garage was across the road and dropping off someone who uses a wheelchair in a 15mins slot for check in and then leaving them whilst you take the car away to park and then multiple trips over a busy main road with bags isn’t ideal or a relaxing start to your stay. Plus, trying to take a wheelchair up 3 flights of steps in the parking garage is very difficult as it’s not safe to wheel it up the driving ramp. Other than this, this hotel was really lovely. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities and a nice, well equipped gym.

Really nice hotel with a great size room. It had a big bed and fantastic shower. There was a nice aroma in the hotel. Staff were very good however we were really disappointed by the lack of facilities during our stay. Both the bar and restaurant were closed most of the time which proved challenging on Sunday when most things around were closed. The onlynight the bat was open was Saturday and it was good bar with excellent music and efficient staff.

Nice friendly place
The hotel is nice and clean. The beds are very confortable and the shower is great. Didn't like the fact that the restaurant is closed almost all the day and sundays and the early checkin conditions.

This property was not flexible with a sudden change of plans 2 days prior to checking in. Requested to amend booking to another weekend in a few weeks time due to extreme change in personal circumstances as the Queen had died which required me called into work urgently and they were not supportive or flexible in their customer approach. Needless to say we won’t be staying here in a few weeks to come.

This property is nice for a quick stay. It is missing things like irons and full size ironing boards for your room. I wouldn’t go here for business travel since it seems to be catered towards chic personal travelers. It has a nice ambience; however, at every turn there is music being played so if it’s silence you’re looking for look elsewhere.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff refused to assist me with a reservation change when my travel plans changed due to circumstance beyond my control, and for the next several days they refused to respond to direct requests for assistance from the booking site I used for the reservation. Trendy place but I will not stay there again.

The Jaz hotel has a unique and interesting design and decoration which I enjoyed. It has a great spa for a hotel, and the gym was very good for a hotel. It is right next to a mall which is like an American mall. There is a tram sight close to the hotel. Finally, the tram is about two stops to Downtown Stuttgart.

the room was quiet despite being on a main thoroughfare. it was spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helped provide excellent recommendations for dinner.

I stayed on the first floor and could hear the whole Halloween party in my room. My son and I couldn’t sleep at all. When asked if we could be accommodated, nothing was considered not even turning the music down a little. Definitely won’t stay again.

Jaz Stuttgart.
The hotel is in a good location, easy walk to the train station and city centre. The room was ok, but too hot, the air con wasn’t functioning, the hotel offered an new room, fans etc, so that was dealt with quickly, which was an example of the very good customer service. The shower was excellent, bed comfortable. Nice rooftop bar on the 6th floor, which is worth visiting. Personally I don’t think it is a £100 a night hotel, plus the parking was €17 a day extra. It is a good hotel but slightly over priced in my view.
