"I requested the 2 bedroom apt. The one I got was a studio. It even close to what I assumed it would be. There was no communication that it would not be two bedrooms. I would have gone to another location if i knew. Also, the door was extremely difficult to open. After spending over 15 minutes trying, a neighbor showed us how to do it. Instructions would be good "

Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me.
