"I recently stayed at Hilton Bukit Jalil and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with great city views, and the bed was extremely comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, which were well maintained. The location is convenient, especially if you are attending events nearby or visiting the Bukit Jalil area. There are also shopping malls and restaurants within a short distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Hilton Bukit Jalil to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I would happily stay here again in the future."

"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"
