"We booked the room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed for 3 nights and paid a lot of money for it, but when we got there after traveling so many hours driving, we were getting ready to sleep, and the sofa bed was broken, the mattress was dirty and torn we called the front desk requesting a better mattress or half of our refund, but the front desk person said that it was impossible to do that, and she was going to send the maintenance person to fix the bed and she will leave a note for the office manager to handle the situation in the morning! We slept uncomfortable that night. Next morning we went downstairs and spoke to a nicer person and she were able to swapped out the old dirty torn mattress for a better one, and we were grateful we really appreciate it. So we had a bad experience on the first night, it made it a better stay for the rest of our trip! Thank you!"

"Nice place to stay. staff was very helpful. There’s a pool, dining area and a Starbucks but the Starbucks closes at 12 PM. The breakfast is not complementary. This is a great hotel if you have a busy itinerary and you’re only using the room to sleep and rest."
