This hotel made our trip amazing even after being delayed a day! They were more than willing to assist and could easily be reached for communication about our new arrival. They even made an adjustment to our stay to account for the missed day (which we could not utilize as our returning flight was unable to be changed). Staff was extremely helpful and even when my Japanese was poor they would still communicate in English to ensure my understanding. I will gladly go back to this establishment and intend to do so on our next trip!

A beautiful property in a great location with the Tokyo Tower nearby; the onsite convenience store (Lawson) was very handy to pick up snacks/drinks. The breakfast location offers a broad menu with a panoramic view of the city; room was clean and well appointed complete with the automated toilet as you would expect in Japan.
