"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. "This was our 3rd time staying at a Dormy Inn property. We love the baths and sauna, especially at such a reasonable price point. This particular building had an odor of cigarettes in the hallway of the floor our room was on, but our room itself was spotless and we kept the smell out by keeping the inner door closed. So it didn’t detract from our positive experience and we’d definitely stay here again in the future."
