"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"

"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

It can be a bit inconvenient without a car, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel that runs at specific times and goes to the nearest train station, Shiojiri. "音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。"
