"Lovely hotel, very clean room, helpful staff, parking was tricky, is in small building to right of entrance, take out all luggage, attendant will direct you to drive car into lift space, give you a ticket and you take that to reception when checking in. Matsumoto was a great quiet town up in mountain area, the castle is only 5 min walk away and plentiful restaurants in area to choose from."

"We loved this hotel. Itโs amazingly close to the castle and within walking distance of a delicious Hoto Moto and 711. Itโs clean, quiet, we loved the bathroom, and the AC was freezing cold. When we needed help the front desk was amazing and helped with anything we needed. We will be back!"

"What a delightful stay at this fantastic hotel!!! Amazing location, superb rooms and views, delicious food, all perfect. Very local crowd that comes to rest and enjoy nature. Get up early, and go to bed early after a nice dinner at the hotel or restaurant nearby. We tried the French and enjoyed chatting with the Chef. Really nice evening. Families welcome as plenty to do in the Park. Top visit and lovely hotel."

"We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Hotel provided excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, free welcome drink. The hot bath was wonderful with views of the river and forest. The room was beautifully decorated. We will definitely want to come back again next year!"
