Nice hotel and excellent location for Guanqian Jie and other sightseeing sites with very good public transport connections. There are plenty dinning options near the hotel within walking distances.

I had two nights stay in this hotel. the location is great, short walks to food, shopping , café and subway station. even though it is close to some very busy and crowded streets, my room is nice and quiet . stuff are very friendly. definitely will stay here again.

Nice hotel inside, the main issue is finding it as the map provided shows another property so we wandered 15 mins before finding the place! but inside the rooms are clean and the hotel has quite a modern funky style.

這次住行政房，居然有免治馬桶，太棒了，早餐可以，該有的都有，飯店走出來就是觀前街商圈，吃喝逛街很方便，唯一缺點就是自駕進市區會比較堵，但是不礙事 早點出門亦可！會再選擇。

Location was good. A local 3 stars hotel at a great location. Hotel is a bit too dark. I booked a room for 4, the beds were very big and spacious and the hotel also gave us 4 complimentary cocktails and a big fruit platter. Good value for money.

Good buffet breakfast, very large rooms and a convenient location. Staff was extremely helpful. Free shuttle to the train station. Next time I'm in Suzhou I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to major attractions. It has free shuttle service to some of them. The staff is conversant in English and is very knowledgeable about how to get to these attractions. The room is large, and art deco style. The bathroom is painted black, and very dark. It could use more lighting . The mini refrigerator did not work in my room. Overall, I will stay here again for its location and friendly staff.

The room was a bit cold probably it was drizzling out there. There was no heater. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel was centrally located, short walking distance to metro chayyuanchang and in front of the hotel, there was a walking street with a lot of eateries and shopping mall. Easily accessible to attraction like Suzhou museum, Humble administrator garden and culture street.

Hotel superbe, nous avions une chambre familiale soul Kids, elle était immense et tres bien agencée. l'hotel est situé en plein centre ville à 200 mètres du métro et dans au pied de la rue piétonne et commerçante de Suzhou. nous avons adoré notre passage dans cet hôtel. le petit déjeuner était excellent.

This is a great hotel right in the middle of the famous Suzhou shopping street. From outside it might not look so great, but once you enter you feel the comfort and the unique design. The rooms are spacious. No noise at all. They have good pillows and mattress. Only comment to the management is the breakfast, it was lacking the taste and the colorfulness we have seen in other hotels in Suzhou or shanghai. Perhaps a little creativity in designing a good menu can serve customers better.

All we did was book a room in a city we had never visited before. No expectations. We walked into the lobby and were met by smiling staff. Check in was a breeze. OUR ROOM WAS AMAZING!!! Huge room. 2 full couches, 2 full king beds, complimentary everything. Just blown away. Thank you Hotel Soul.

蘇哥利酒店的位置真是鬧中取靜，在小巷弄中安安靜靜的存在，但一走出酒店便是熱鬧的觀前街，有吃有喝還有逛，一點兒都不用擔心無聊。飯店前檯人員非常棒，會協助你預約蘇州博物館，還有接駁車送你到拙政園，只要提前預約，一切都沒問題。早餐簡單但每日都有些小變化，挺好吃的，一定能吃飽。蘇州城市的溫馨熱情，在酒店中能確實感受。
