Lovely Hotel - SHOCKINGLY POOR WI-FI
The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean, fresh, well appointed and really nice. THE PROBLEM IS THE WI-FI IS SHOCKING AND USELESS. There is the general Mercure connection or a connection in your room. The signal is good .... the bad point is using a VPN it drips every 1 minute. This is really no good when travelling on business and I need VPN to connect to my companies mail system. I complained every time but nothing is done. Unless this is solved I really can’t stay and work at this hotel. As part of the Accor chain you would think this is straight forward, but NO. I stay in Chinese national hotels that support VPN. This is really shocking this day and age and I have discussed with the hotel and so has my company ... no improvement 😡

All Excellent Let Down by Poor Internet
Only week point is internet speed / connects drops out. So frustrating for a top chain hotel that was recently opened. Internet connection and speed should not be an issue this day and age. Apart from that, everything excellent
