"Breakfast is good and restaurant"

"Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "

"Was great "

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous. Overall...

"Good place to stay but beds are extremely firm. Just be prepared."

"This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!"

"Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. "

"I had to book this because of issues at noor jahan hotel. Mustafa at the front desk was very welcoming and all my needs taken care by him. Highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. Place is clean and comfortable. "

"Room was very clean.. Wasn’t any light wen electric went .. We didn’t get what we booked for .."

"Is it including the breakfast?"

"Stole my items when i left it there after checkout. Stole my pants and shirt. Also found bed bugs and ants in the bed. Help, police "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no...
