"Fantastic stay at the Jägerhof - comfortable room with balcony that had a direct view of the Matterhorn [which we could see out the window from our bed!] Great shower and breakfast [fresh bread was delicious]. Their own electric transport collected us from the station and returned us back there - although it is not far to walk [15mins] and super restaurants can be found in 5-10 min walk. You do not need the car as all activities, shops and restaurants are walkable - which was fantastic. We lived our stay here and would definitely recommend."

"This hotel is beautiful! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious—just what we needed. It’s within walking distance of the train station to Zermatt. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zermatt. The dining options at the hotel were also great."
