We stayed to check out a unit but the service was too bad we decided not to invest. Checkin - they couldn't find reservation, the room does not have shampoo and slippers which were basic. You have to pay extra for pillows since they only provided 2 per room. They only provide1 key card and you need to provide additional deposit for extra cards. Lastly they do not sanitize rooms we had our room cleaned and we did not see the cleaner use any sanitizing agent or uv. They didnt change the sheets. Whats even more disappointing was we left at 12 and asked for our room to be cleaned but we came bak at 4 it wasnt clean so we had to be there when they were cleaning. Their japanese restaurant didnt follow protocol cashier, waiter and cook didnt use face mask and shield
