"Lovely, clean, big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. AC and wifi works well. Beautiful, clean pool. Free coffee, hot water and iced soft drink , all day , in the lobby. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet not extensive - but more than enough to start the day. Not many restaurants nearby. Hotel offers poolside snacks only after 2 pm. It is an easy walk to the city center where there are lots of places to eat. Felt safe walking back at 10 pm. Civic guards at practically every crossing. Would happily stay again. "

"My stay was perfect in every way. The room was comfortable and clean with the expected amenities. The pool was a good size and depth, a great way to beat the heat of the afternoon. Staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many restaurants, museums, markets and shops. A great place to stay while in Merida!"

"Los cuartos son muy bonitos (pero extrañé las batas y las pantuflas que daban antes). Usamos el gimnasio que está muy bien equipado. El staff de front desk es muy amable y servicial. Pero debo felicitar al Ingeniero que me ayudó a tener una mejor velocidad de internet en mi laptop (y no estuvo fácil por un problema en mi laptop!!) Gracias!!"

"The size and condition of the room was great for 1 person, clean and organized. The pool area was beautiful. Some place across the street had loud music until very late, I am glad I had ear plugs. A/C was good but the bed only had sheets, no blanket in the room. I realized after I was already in bed, I didn't fo down to ask the reception. So I bundled up withwhat I had in my luggage to keep myself warm."
