very convenient. near to Mitsui Outlet Park. Plenty of food options around. Staff is attentive and friendly. Only drawback is that there is no swimming pool.

Good service
Great staff. Very friendly service. Only complaint is getting 2 calls to remind me 11AM check out. Hotel guests are not children. We know what time is check out.

Super dirty hotel
Terrible hotel. Very dirty. Carpets in the room are from last century. Windows so dirty so you even can’t see the sunlight. Steam sauna full of mold. Receptionist Eric Huang was super rude and unprofessional. Taxi which ordered by hotel , refusing use the meters and asking for super high price. Hotel is so far away from everything, so you don’t have choice as only take taxi. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it.

Very enjoyable stay
All the staff from Front Desk to Concierge to Cleaning Staff are very professional, attentive and caring. The hotel might be a bit remote to some of the tourist spots but at least it is close to the Outlet and the local community.

Taiwan Experience.
The hotel is clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice, the only thing is they don't have a proper restaurant for evening meals, you can get food at the lobby bar but not a big choice but the Hotel is in a good position for outside eating venues only a walk away. Although there was a lot of families using the hotel it is a business hotel for westerners really. f you have business that way then I would recommend it.

Budget hotel in Shalu
Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was dated and low quality but acceptable for a short stay. A short walk from the shopping centre in Shalu.

okay if you must stay, no bar and nothing around
For short stay near Port it’s convenient, but this hotel has no bar and lacks facilities which is a shame as there is absolutely nothing around this hotel apart from a couple of really down market KTV’s and if you don’t speak Chinese then don’t go as they won’t entertain you.

Nice hotel with free shuttles to various locations
The hotel has bicycles available for guests. We rode around Wuchi and to Gaomei Wet Land. It was an extraordinary experience.

2nd time not so good
This was my second stay this year at this hotel, the hotel has closed both restaurants since the first visit which means you have to eat out, not so good when working long hours, the language is also a problem outside the hotel.

Nice hotel
Nice spacious room, overall hotel still looks very good and new with friendly hotel staff eager to help its guests. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it had a variety of choices, including cereal, hot foods and also porridge. There was free wifi, but I stayed at the very top floor and thought the wifi reliability could be a little better on the mobile devices because sometimes it just drops off after you go back to use your device. There is also a convenience store across the street from the hotel, but besides that, there isn't much else near by. Quiet neighborhood though. Overall a great hotel and good value.

住宿體驗非常好
住宿體驗非常好，每位人員都非常友善、熱誠且專業，房內的娛樂設備系統也很好用，床舖與枕頭軟硬適中，非常舒適，附近早餐店很多選擇，飯店也可配合代收外送。 浴室整潔度非常好，可惜冷熱水不好調整，不是過熱就是過冷。 另外窗戶外側很髒，雖然內側擦的很乾淨，可惜了城市景，往外看還是有很重的空氣油污殘留，會有霧霧的感覺，建議還是要定期清理外牆外窗。
