"Great hotel , one of the best we've stayed in for a long time . Loved the vinyls in the room that you could swap at reception . Loved the Aesop toiletries . Loved the outside terrace where you could take your own drinks and food up to . They just had everything spot on . Well done guys ."

"The building looks a little old, but it is very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, within easy reach of Tainan Station. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They gave me great local recommendations and even helped me arrange an Uber for an evening outing, which I really appreciated. A lovely little bonus was the complimentary bread provided for guests at the front desk between 9 and 10 pm — a thoughtful touch! Overall, a convenient and welcoming place to stay, with genuinely helpful staff who made my visit more enjoyable"

"It is located right in the middle of Tainan old town, literally steps away from Chikan Tower and Tainan Grand Mazu Temple which are on the same street . Bus stops are at the door. Just 2 stops away from the train station. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom has bidet installed. Breakfast is included and is surprisingly good, with both Chinese and western style dishes, even ice cream. Self serving laundry is on the 12th floor. NTD30 for washing and NTD10 for each 30 minutes of drying. Powder is provided."

"Checking in at hotels is getting later and later. Why.? The hotel were happy to store our bags for a few hours before we could get to our room. Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception. Nice clean room great bathroom. Clean bedding if you so desired by leaving card on your pillow. Comfy bed. The only down side is when you eventually turn lights off for the night the room is still lit like a airport runway. Air con is lit up a red light on the ceiling and various other illuminated equipment. Very strange. No breakfast supplied. All in all a nice enough stay."
