Good value for the price
The owner of the hotel was very kind and accommodating with my group of four. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the MRT (in the middle of two stations), and it's near Jingmei Night Market.

感覺是自家平房隔間改建唷
1.公共衛浴設備唷，有點像是游泳池的那種隔間，有大間跟小間的；大的旁邊就是馬桶或是小便斗，小間的就稍微比游泳池的隔間再小一點。一樓跟地下室都有各三間，所以如果要上廁所遇到有人在盥洗就多了一次機會，但還是不太方便啦！2.老闆老闆娘親切和善、人非常nice感受的到主人對旅客服務的熱忱。3.環境大致上算整潔，室內需換室內拖鞋，撇開公共空間的話雙人房真的稍微小了點。4.隔音效果很差，許多隔間都是用空心的木板隔出來，所以容易打擾到別人也容易被打擾，這就是有點扣分的原因。5.早餐是口感不錯的三明治、豆漿也不會太甜，供餐時間08:00-10:00，我們睡過頭老闆娘也有體貼的幫我們留下兩份三明治。6.離捷運站有一小段距離、公車較為方便唷！

老板一家很親切友善。酒店裝飾精美，是一家不錯的民宿，唯一要考慮是沒有獨立廁所。

謝謝您的蒞臨與評語，我們本來是一間文創藝術公司，也是畫廊，故部分房間採共用衛浴配置，以兩間房客人數使用量為基本；衛浴在房內的套房共有7間，在訂房資訊上都有登載著，布置與清潔都以極高標準自律，歡迎您再回訪住宿。

老闆連絡親切感覺不錯，但房間隔音差設備簡單，隔壁房客半夜除了房客吵鬧聲音大、浴室廁所迴聲也大，影響睡眠品質。

謝謝您的回應及對住宿環境的指正，房客行動輕重不一、言行應對聲響難控，我只能由會館接待規畫著手，儘力分配足夠間隔空間的住宿安排，接著就進行大門落地窗及浴廁隔音工程的設計與施工，事無完美但我們力求完善!謝謝您的評語留言。

Good hotel at a reasonable price
Pros: Host is friendly and helpful, good location (1 min to bus stop and 10 mins to MRT), free parking (maybe for 3 cars), reasonable price. Cons: The door of the room is noisy and you also can hear the voice from the next room clearly.
