Night market right in front of entrance
Everything about this hotel was great. The only complain we had was when we arrived on Saturday evening, we could not enter the parking lot as night market was right in front of the hotel entrance! Our driver had to call the hotel and then was advised to park at an offsite parking lot which was quite far from the hotel. Hotel then sent a van to pick us up from that parking lot. How strange to have the night market right in front of a hotel entrance!!!! Totally don't understand that idea!

Good experience with some limitations
Overall it was a pleasant experience, with clean rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. However, too many services were missing, which are not ok for such a high tier hotel. Here below is the list for future customers' convenience: 1) Swimming pool not in function (only available on Fri and Sat) 2) Gym functioning only after 2pm 3) No room service at night time 4) Night bar closing early (22:00)

Clean and comfortable!
The hotel itself is very clean and service is perfect. But the outside environment is surprisingly n a mess. By the way, you have to park your car in hotel outside parking lot once your car is bigger than mid-size. The day I stayed is a rainy day. It is another negative feeling.

Despite the large number of guests checking in on a Friday afternoon during Lunar New Year break, the reception staff were all wonderful and apologetic. The amenities at the hotel continue to be first rate, and the room was spacious and so comfortable. This was my second visit and I look forward to my next one,

First-class hotel with excellent service
An excellent hotel: new, with beautifully designed rooms and public areas, and exceptional service. The rooms are comfortable, though some people might find the bathroom and toilet a bit exposed as they are separated from the main room only by glass panes and a curtain; and the elevators were a little slow during peak check-out time. But there was really nothing else to mention: the quality of the rooms and the service were first-class and 100% on par with equivalent properties in Taipei, Hong Kong or any other major Asian capital: a very pleasant surprise in a town as small as Taitung. Make sure you take advantage of the free bicycle hire and the many fruit stalls directly opposite the hotel.

Enjoyable stay overall
It is right in the city centre so it is very convenient to walk around wth many food stalls and supermarkets. There are bicycles you can borrow from hotel too. It is Sheraton standard, so quality and service are consistent. One minor thing I notice is that some staff are lack of hotel knowledge, which indicate lack of training, fresh person or high staff turnover.

A very decent hotel
Arguably the best hotel in Taitung, that said put it up against some top Taipei hotels and the cracks start to show. The restaurant and cocktail bar on the 8th floor is great. The food was reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. I will definitely stay there again if I'm in Taitung.

the room was spoiled by the design of the shower/toilet area with only a half-door between the toilet and main room - it felt like squatting in a public square - i will never go back to this hotel for that reason no matter how luxurious it was

The hotel is located in a street where there are many shops and stalls for locals. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The only shortcoming is the light in washroom which was dim.

Very nice hotel
This is a very clean and nice hotel. The location is great and the night market is in front of hotel every Thursday to Sunday. I love their FREE breakfast. My kids enjoyed their pool. Overall, it's a 5 stars hotel. Will definitely coming back.

Very pleasant hotel
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Queena Plaza. Reception was very welcoming and professional, breakfast had plentiful and tasty choices, and the hotel parking lot was spacious and convenient. Nice view of the ocean from our room, and a very comfortable bed. Location was excellent, with a night market right outside. Space in toilet/shower/washbasin area a bit tight.
