"チェックイン時、端末で行おうとしたら外国人スタッフが対応してくれるとのことでお願いしたのですが、また新人のようで時間が掛かりました。端末で自分でやったほうが早かったです。洗面のボウルにピンクのリングができていたので、清掃がちゃんとできてるのかな？と思いましたが、他は綺麗でした。部屋の入口へは階段で上らないとなので、荷物の多い人はちょっと大変です。"

Nice spacious room with clean & comfy bed! The toilet & bathroom is super Japanese Standard as usual. Always appreciate that."

"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"広い施設なので結構歩きますが、ショップや飲食店などが充実してるので気になりません。大きなホテルなのでビュッフェの品数が多くて食事が楽しい！プールで遊びながらもショーの開催などもあり一泊では足りないくらいです。個人的にはショーの完成度が高く、それ目当てで行く人がいるのは大変共感できました。素晴らしかった。大人も子供も楽しめて天気もほぼ関係なく楽しめる旅行だったのでまた行きたいです。"

"Less than 5 minute walk from Yumoto station. 2 Onsens exists in its vicinity. OVerall a good place, very basic, took a while for the internet to work. Not a whole lot of place to eat, but the town itself is super small.. an ok place for a one night stay.."

"なんの匂いか不明ですが匂いがありました。消臭剤があったのでカーペットなどにかけましたがあまり効果は無かった。設備はトイレにウォシュレットが付いていなかったことが大変残念でした。ベッド脇に照明スイッチが無いのは少し残念でした。朝食はシンプルですがサービスなので。レストランが少ないのはエリア的に仕方ないですが，事実として。"
