"The rooms were very clean, and big in size. I booked a sea view room, at the beginning they gave us a room with a corner sea view (not complete), then we asked the reception to change it and they were very corporative. We arrived around 12:00 pm, and the check-in time is 2:00 pm. But they provided us a room at 12:00 so we did early check-in"

"This is honestly one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. It is in an amazing location convenient for the main shopping street, nightlife and the Metro. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable (we were upgraded to a superior room) with great amenities, a nice bathroom and a well stocked reasonably priced mini-bar. The hotel also considers all the little things that matter like a free portable wifi router that you can borrow (which is priceless as Istanbul can be difficult to navigate), coffee in reception and free water delivered to your room daily. For anyone travelling to Istanbul I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "

"Gorgeous property. I stay here every time I visit Istanbul. The staff are lovely. Gym is amazing, and I get to use the studio to practise yoga. Outdoor pool is perfect. The rooms are huge, all the amenities you need. Shower wonderful. I feel so comfortable and at home in this hotel. "
