The house keeping is very patient I don’t wake up early but he will ensure that my room and bed sheet is change no matter the time I woke up Well done to him . I was only upset when I wasn’t told the mini fridge is stock for a price only find out when I was leaving to pay for the water , drink etc that was in my mini fridge in my room. "

"We stayed at Titanic City Taksim for over two weeks and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — just steps from Taksim Square, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The hotel is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a great job, and the amenities (spa, gym, and breakfast) were all top-notch. The reception team was polite, professional, and always willing to help. The only suggestion we’d make is that for long-stay guests like us, a bit more personalized attention and small gestures of care would go a long way — it makes a big difference when staying for an extended period.
