"Parking in the hotel car park required skill to get in and out of a narrow and tricky access but I’m sure other parking in the town was available. "

"We had a good stay at the hotel because we have loved it for the last 10 years. The food was the usual excellent standard. However, the bed was the least comfortable and most worn out bed we have seen in a hotel in years, which led to a poor nights sleep. The bathroom has been repaired since our last visit but the worksmanship was poor and it felt quite shoddy. We did not use the pool area this time, so cannot comment on whether it has been maintained. We will wait a while before we return and hope the mattress (es) are upgraded. Thank you to the kitchen and waiting team for really good meals. "
