But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. "Had to wait a long time since they couldn't find my reservation. This is so frustrating especially after coming back at night from a hectic tour. The occupant of the room assigned to us did not check out and the staff didn't know. No one followed up???? There were no towels and toilet papers. We have to ask and had to wait. We were not able to get to bed early because of all of this mishaps. I will never, never, never use this facility again."
