A really central location, yet not too noisy as it was not on the main street. It was big and spacious, but its on the fifth floor by stairs only, key pick up from another location 2 mins away. While there was no reception, they have lockers for 2 euro each.

A decent apartment in a great location.
Great location and clean apartment. The only drawback was the ventilation: the bedroom has no windows and can get a bit stuffy on a hot day. Otherwise a nice apartment, and the location is truly excellent, right around the corner from the main square. The check-in was friendly and efficient.

Great location, comfy beds, moderately clean
This flat is in a great location in the old city and it was easy to check in later in the evening with a lock-box. Just be prepared to carry your suitcases up five flights of stairs (no elevator). Also, the bathroom had a terrible smell, like there was a sewage backup and the floor wasn’t very clean. I wishEd I would have brought slippers. Overall though, the beds were comfortable and it was a decent place to stay for a short visit.

The best thing is the location - extremely central but not noisy. The apartment itself is a bit old fashioned but perfectly comfortable and pleasant.

Comfortable, warm apartment with great amenities, 5 minute walk from the Old Town Square, plenty of restaurants and shops near by, checking in instructions were clear and easy, very clean.

The size and amenities. Fantastic position in relation to Old Town. Very light, lots of windows to cool the room down. We didn't like the 5 flights of stairs by the time we got to floor 4😁. It was worth the stairs though.

Home away from home
There was no “service” here because this property is a perfect little efficiency apartment. There was no check in — instructions were emailed about how to gain access, get the key, etc. We were on our own, and very much at peace with that. The apartments are in a superb location, right near the old town square. This was an ideal “home” for us for a couple days in beautiful Tallinn.

It would be very hard to get a better location than this.....just a couple of blocks from the main square in Old Town. Anyone who wants to experience living right in Old Town for a very reasonable price should consider this place. Having a kitchen, of course, made it very easy to save money on the food budget. Supermarkets are acceptably nearby. Also, Tallinn just might be my favorite city on the planet. So I would strongly recommend it as a destination to anyone.

Everything was great about the property. The location was 100% being right in the middle of the old city. The apartment was well furnished and equipped, modern bathroom. Very quiet area and building. The only hiccup was that there is no lift. I would still stay there again.

Great stay in Tallinn
Location was amazing, and the accommodation was very comfortable. Even though it is in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, we never had any noise complaints at night. Our room was up 5 flights of stairs, which wasn't an issue for us, but could be a problem for the elderly.

Great location right in Old Town
We loved the room and it was spacious and comfortable. We were on the 5th floor with no elevator so hauling luggage up and down all those stairs was not great. There was also no staff present at any time during our 3 day stay so we were not able to ask questions or get information at all. Being from overseas we had no phone and no other way to contact them. The location was ideal for bus, taxi and walking although parking was 20 euro per day. We would stay here again for the price, value and central location. We were not bothered much by street noise which we expected. Accessing the building was clearly instructed and easy.

Great Location
This hotel is in a great location. It is in a busy part of town so do not expect quiet all the time. If you want that go to the country side. 2 minute walk to the town square but far enough away were you do not pay the town square prices. A restaurant right next door with reasonable prices, nice staff, good food and cold beer. It opens and 11am and closes at 11pm so your not kept up all night. This is an apartment so you can make your meals and keep food and cold drinks in the frig, and your left alone. Your independent, so it feels more like a home. Though there was no staff on site, a call resulted in a quick response. Most people are helpful in the city so you can feel comfortable asking people for help. This is a good place for families and long term stays. Though a couple of nights are fine as well. I would stay here again!

Harju 7, asunto 5 Hyvää tässä oli ainoastaan sijainti. Näköala oli rähjäinen takapiha. Astioiden pesu tapahtui juoksevalla vedellä: yksi allas, ei korkkia. Sohva oli kulunut ja paikattu. Vuoteessa oli tuplapeitto, joka oli helteellä hankala. Ilmastointi tarkoitti siirrettävää tuuletinta. Liian kallis hinta tästä asunnosta. Harju 7, apartment 5 The only good thing about this was the location. The view was a seedy backyard. Washing dishes was done with running water: one basin, no cork. The sofa was worn out and patched. The bed had a double duvet, which was awkward in the heat. Air conditioning meant a mobile fan. Too expensive price for this apartment.

Great roof-top appartment in perfect old town location. Nice and clean. Big comfortable beds. Backpackers will find a washing machine in the bathroom. Online check-in app a bit buggy, but worked in the end. There were no luggage storage when we checked out, but the cleaning lady made a call and we could use facilities in a nearby building. Very service minded. We really liked it here!
