This is a best choice for my family of three! It is very convenient to the Tenkubashi line and very near the Haneda airport! Here are the list of things we loved:
1. Free breakfast! - staff are very nice and courteous! Always with a helping hand 😊
2. Accessible to public transportation especially the train station.
3. If you get lost, just look for the way to Haneda airport!
4. Free shuttle to and from Haneda airport.
5. There is a laundry area lol
6. Very near the anamori- inari shrine

If you are a generally healthy person, you can walk from the airport to this hotel. You are wasting a (price) taxi ride. They do have a shuttle to airport that is free. The hotel is quiet even though near the airport. There are some restaurants in the area. There is a Skuyia if you are into Japanese fast food. The business street off the main road is OK. But like a lot of Japanese neighborhoods outside of shinjuku and shibuya, it is basically run down---dusty and dark izakayas. Things like that. So, stay for a night. Then get your flight back home.
AND, you can get a beer at the vending machine on every floor. I was recently told by a Japanese person this was very very rare these days. I guess things have changed since 2016 when this was common. AND the same person told me that the beer (asahi) was overpriced at (price) a can. Don't know where she gets her el cheapo beer, but (price) will get you a can of asahi at any lawsons or 7-11.

"Overall great place to stay. Very good breakfast. I have visited over 10 countries and several different continents. The onsen is nice but one cannot have tattoos unless they wear a covering for it FYI. They also have free luggage storage."
