"El hotel es muy antiguo y está deteriorado y se siente muy inseguro pero solo quieres pasar una noche y salir al día siguiente lo puedes hacer pero para muchos días no lo recomiendo "

"We were told our room would be facing the courtyard. There was no courtyard to view, only a street view. Traffic noise from the street was quite loud, especially around 4:00am when commercial vehicles were driving up and down the street. Sounded like they were unloading their vehicles. Considering the location of this room we would not stay here again."

"Hotel is conveniently located in SFO, but needs a good renovation. Rooms are outdated, lighting is really bad, especially in the bathroom. Bathroom is actually pretty ugly. Rooms are already expensive and parking is 65$ a day. "

"The hotel gets the job done- clean room, comfortable beds, parking , updated but still "old" elevators, small bathrooms and no concierge. "

"It was frustrating when I checked in and the only information I received at all was how I could upgrade to a different room. Since the room was extremely basis or standard looking and with zero view of the city, I felt it was just a money grab. I did really appreciate that I received a refund. I received no info what so ever about the amenities at the property at time of check in. My patio had cigarette butts and other trash on the ground. Other than these issues, my stay was quite pleasant. Thanks!"

"Good location, expensive parking and breakfast (it's a full buffet) - but you can usually get a "discount" when reserving thru a 3rd party. Overall good value for the city."
